Where this began.
Harmony Home Care was founded by a family committed to building something lasting — a way to bring stability, dignity, and reliable support to people who need it most. What began as one family's effort has grown into an agency serving individuals and families across New Jersey.
Today, Harmony is guided by Nate Ojugo, whose background in Medical Humanities shapes how the agency approaches care: not just as a service, but as a genuine commitment to the people behind every care plan. Home care is a deeply personal field, and often an overlooked one — especially for the communities we serve. That's exactly why this work matters.
Harmony is a DDD-approved agency. Every staff member is trained through the College of Direct Support, part of the NJ Partnership for Direct Support Workforce Development, and CPR-certified as standard protocol before working with clients.
